How do I get access to the MeetingsTech app?
You already have an account if you joined the Medicare Express or Wealth Express websites. To access it, simply install the app on your phone and sign in with your phone number.
I can't find the app in the App Store/Google Play?
The app is in an early access model. Links located on this page will direct you to the app for your device.
What devices are supported?
The MeetingsTech app is available for most Google Android and Apple iPhone devices.
How does this differ from using the website?
The app has new features that updated in real-time to keep you organized and prepared for each meeting whether you're in the office or on the road.
I'm having trouble logging in, what should I do?
Please contact our support team for instructions on restoring access to your account.
How do I add my working hours?
Tap on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the app and tap the Edit button on the right of the "Working Hours" title.
How do I schedule a meeting?
Once your account is setup, funded and you complete a short onboarding process, the meetings will be scheduled for you and appear on your calendar like magic.
How do I update the territories I cover?
Tap on the "Settings" icon and choose "Territory" from the list of configuration choices.
How do I change my password?
There is no need to track your password; a new, secure numeric code will be texted to your phone each time you sign in.
